The cottages
North Cottage ~
Boho style, one level, 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds, full size bunkbed), 1 full bath, front deck over~looking the lake.
Maximum Occupancy ~ sleeps 6 comfortably.
South Cottage ~
Vintage 2 story wood cottage, 3 bedrooms up (3 twin, 1 queen, 1 full) plus 1 full size day bed down. Full bath up with claw foot tub/shower & 1/2 bath down, covered front porch, side screened eat-in porch off the kitchen.
Maximum Occupancy ~ sleeps 6 comfortably.
Kitchens ~ dishes, glassware, cookware, flatware, Keurig, coffee maker, pour over, toaster, blender, linens, hot pads, cooking utensils, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls toilet tissue, dish soap.
Bathrooms ~ 1 hand towel per bathroom, 1 Bath towel / 1 wash cloth per person per week up to maximum occupancy ~ additional towel sets available for $10 each plus fees if not ordered in advance of stay. 1 roll of toilet tissue per bath.
Beds / Linens -~ all beds will be prepared with fresh linens (sheets, blankets, pillows, comforters) upon arrival. Bring your own Beach/Lake towels. (laundry fee charged)
Cleaning ~ cottages are cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival and after you leave. (cleaning fee charged)
Etc. ~ Free WiFi, AC, Sonos, Cable, iron/ironing board, hair dryer
The Property
The cottages are down a private drive off the beaten path with 120 feet of lakefront.
On the property...
Outdoor gas grills ~ propane & grilling utensils.
One man kayak, 3 man canoe, 4 SUP paddle boards, 1 peddle boat (life jackets available)
Each cottage has a 36' dock with mooring whips.
Each cottage has an 8x12 ground-level lakeside deck, outdoor chairs & outdoor furniture.
Bring your own floats (we do have inflation pump for floats)
Each cottage has it's own fire~pit (b.y.o. wood ~ please purchase locally)
